السادة موظفي السلك الدبلوماسي المحترمين
تحية و بعد:
نتابع و منذ فترة ليست بالقصيرة و بمزيد من مشاعر الحزن و الاسى و الغضب الأنباء الواردة عن أزمة أخواننا الفلسطينين من أهل قطاع غزة العالقين على أبواب معبر رفح الحدودي من الناحية المصرية و ذلك بسبب إصرار حكومتكم على منعهم من الدخول عبر معبر رفح للعودة إلى أهلهم و بيوتهم و أعمالهم في قطاع غزة.
و إننا نعرب عن إستهجاننا البالغ لهذا القرار الغير مبرر و الذي تسبب حتى الاّن في صنع كارثة إنسانية بكل معنى الكلمة, حيث تم ترك أكثر من ستة ألاف فلسطيني في العراء و بدون ماوى, يفترشون الارض و يلتحفون السماء, ينظرون إلى أرضهم و اهليهم على بعد مئات الأمتار منهم و تأكل قلوبهم الحسرة لعدم إستطاعتهم الوصول إليهم. و قد علمنا و علم العالم معنا ان زهاء ثلاثين منهم قد قضوا إلى خالقهم و أن العشرات لا زالوا يصارعون الأمراض و الأوبئة و التي بدأت تنتشر بينهم .
و إننا إذ نعي أن قوى الأستكبار العالمية و على رأسهم الولايات المتحدة و ربيبتها إسرائيل هم من يقف وراء الحصار الظالم و الممنهج على شعبنا الفلسطيني و بخاصة في قطاع غزة لتمردهم على سلطة أوسلو و أذنابها ووقوفهم خلف المقاومة و برنامجها, لنربأ بحكومة مصر العروبة أن يكون لها دور في حصار أخوانهم الفلسطينين و إذلالهم خدمة لمصالح من لا يريد بفلسطين و لا بمصر خيراًَ.
و لهذا فأننا نهيب بسيادتكم أن توصلوا رسالتنا هذه إلى المسؤلين في حكومتكم و ان تضموا صوتكم إلى أصواتنا من أجل رفع الحصار عن الشعب الفلسطيني و إعادة العالقين من أبناءه إلى ديارهم. و بذلك تبرؤا ذمتكم امام الله و أمام شعوبكم و التي لن تصبر طويلاًَ قبل أن تسمعكم صوتها و تريكم فعلها, فاتقوا الله فيما تصنعون و أتقوا لعنة شعوبكم.

Dear, Sir/Madam
We are writing to express our deep concern about the deteriorating conditions of over six thousands Palestinians who are stuck at the Egyptian side of Rafah crossing, among them a considerable number returning from medical treatment in Egyptian hospitals, and Palestinian students in Egyptian universities. They have been stranded at the border, waiting, sleeping, and living in the streets under the hot sun. Your government has closed the border under an Israeli and American pressure, making it impossible for these Palestinians to return home.
Your government's conduct serves the encirclement and siege of Gaza, shortsightedly and cruelly decreed by the government of (Israel). However, while your government gives the government of (Israel) a complete discretion to decide whether the crossing will be open or closed, it remains strictly liable for all consequences arising from its own conduct.
We are deeply troubled by this ongoing crisis, and we and the people of Egypt can no longer remain silent while continuing to watch this catastrophic situation..!!
These Palestinians must wait no longer. The economic and military siege on Gaza must end now.. !!
Please convey our concerns and demands to your government and try to work with them to resolve this compelling humanitarian issue before it is too late.
